For cruise passengers:
We can collect you from the cruise terminal in Pointe-à-Pitre or from the ports of Deshaies and Basse-Terre. We will send you the exact collection time via text message (and WhatsApp) the day before the excursion.
Important note: Please ensure you have specified the correct port. If there is an error on the day of the excursion, we will not be able to collect you.
People from hotels:
Hotel pick-up: Our driver-guide will collect you from the reception of the hotel or accommodation you have specified.
We will send you a text message (as well as a message via WhatsApp) with the exact pick-up time the day before the excursion. Please provide us with a mobile phone number (including the country code: +44…) so that we can send you the necessary information via this channel.
Itinerary and program>
- We will suggest up to two itineraries (including, for information purposes, the cost of admission to activities, to be paid on the day) based on your preferences.
- If one of them suits you, your tour will be confirmed and we will arrange your appointment for the date of your choice.
- If, after reviewing all these proposals, you are not satisfied, you may cancel your booking and you will receive a full refund.
Important information >
- Most travelers can participate. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Minimum 2 participants.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
- Child policy: All participants, including children, require a booked seat. Carrying children on laps is not allowed.
- Child age: Indicate child’s age at booking for a proper car seat (if needed).
- Itineraries or destinations (e.g. La Soufrière volcano, etc.) that involve travelling on unpaved, narrow, bumpy or mountain roads will not be accepted.
- Additional charges will apply if the tour exceeds 5 hours (€85 per additional hour) or 200 kilometres (an extra €2 per kilometre beyond this distance). Your driver-guide will let you know if a requested change (in terms of duration or distance) results in this situation.
