ITINERARY

MEETING POINT: OPTION 1 (POINTE-À-PITRE CRUISE TERMINAL)
If you are on a cruise ship calling at Pointe-Pitre, our driver-guide will be waiting for you from 8.30am or 9am (depending on your ship’s arrival time) near the tourist office and shops (Terminal 1) of the cruise terminal with a sign mentioning your name. Further information will be provided at a later date.
MEETING POINT: OPTION 2 (HOTELS IN POINTE-À-PITRE OR LE GOSIER)
If you are staying in a hotel/apartment in Pointe-à-Pitre or Le Gosier, our driver-guide will collect you free of charge from your accommodation from 8.30 or 9.00 am. Further details will be provided at a later date. If you live outside Pointe-à-Pitre or Le Gosier, please let us know your address so that we can give you a quote if necessary. Please note: this option is only available for private tours or orders with a minimum number of people required for the tour. This option is not available for shared tours.
STEP 1: OLD POINTE-A-PITRE CITY WALKING TOUR
Your English-speaking guide will take you on a one-and-a-half-hour tour of the old town of Pointe-à-Pitre. Step by step, you will discover the history of the main picturesque points of interest.
STEP 2: EXPLORE A MAGNIFICENT ISLAND
You’ll have an hour to an hour and a half to discover this beautiful island, its history and enjoy the crystal-clear waters thanks to a tour of the island with your guide followed by a beach break.
STEP 3: BEACH BREAK AT SAINTE-ANNE VILLAGE
Your last stop will be the village of Sainte-Anne for a beach break. Sainte-Anne beach is one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in Guadeloupe. You’ll have two hours to enjoy this beach as you please: swimming, sunbathing or perhaps strolling along the beach to admire or stop off at one of the unique beach bars or restaurants to sample the delicious local cuisine. There are small stalls and cafés where you can buy refreshments and have lunch if you wish.
END POINT >
After visiting this beach stop, it will be time to board our minibus for the return trip to the cruise terminal in Pointe-à-Pitre or to your hotel. Estimated return time is around 3.45pm.

Yes, this tour is available from the Pointe-à-Pitre cruise terminal in Guadeloupe.

All our customers can receive a full refund if the request for cancellation is made 7 days before the scheduled date of the excursion. See our terms and conditions for more details.

Any cancellation by THE CLIENT must be notified to us by email or telephone, whatever the reason, the following amounts will be due as fixed penalties:

  • If you cancel at least 7 full days before the scheduled departure or local start time, no cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If you cancel between 3 and 6 full days before the scheduled departure or local start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be applied,
    unless cancellation is a result of (i) your ship’s inability to dock and/or disembark passengers; or (ii) the excursion, event or activity vendor’s inability to
    operate your respective excursion, event or activity and written notice is received by us within twelve (12) days.
  • If you cancel within 2 full days of the scheduled departure or start time of the service, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be applied, unless
    cancellation is a result of (i) your ship’s inability to dock and/or disembark passengers; or (ii) the excursion, event or activity vendor’s inability to operate
    your respective excursion, event or activity and written notice is received by us within twelve (12) days.

Applicable refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the date we receive your cancellation request back to the original method of payment or by
bank transfer.

Yes, it is possible for us to collect you from your hotel. However, this is only possible for bookings of a minimum of 4 people or as part of a private tour. In addition, all hotels located outside Pointe-à-Pitre or Le Gosier will be subject to additional charges.
