SAFETY MEASURES FOR COVID-19
Our passengers and driver-guides are asked to observe the following safety and security measures to ensure the safety and health of everyone on their next Karukera Experiences® trip:
Physical Distance
Participants should maintain a physical distance of one metre or more.
Sanitised Vehicles
Our vehicles will be deep cleaned by hand before and after each tour.
FROM OUR CLIENTS:
- Masks must be worn during all our tours and transfers.
- Mandatory hand washing/disinfection before and after each stop
- Do not place luggage on the rear seats of the vehicle
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a single-use tissue
- Favour the contactless payment method by credit card on board or directly via the website
- Take your waste with you when you leave the vehicle
- Do not take part in a trip or transfer if you have fever or flu symptoms
FROM OUR DRIVER-GUIDES:
- It is essential to wear a mask when passengers are present
- Avoid physical contact and keep a distance of one metre during the exchange
- Regular hand washing with soap or hydro-alcoholic solution
- Always ventilate the cabin
- Disinfect passenger contact areas between tours or airport shuttle services, and the entire vehicle once a day
- Clean the card terminal after each use (except for contactless payments).
