ITINERARY
MEETING POINT: POINTE-À-PITRE CRUISE TERMINAL
If you are on a cruise ship calling at Pointe-Pitre, our driver-guide will be waiting for you from 8.45am (depending on your ship’s arrival time) near the tourist office and shops (Terminal 1) of the cruise terminal with a sign mentioning your name. Further information will be provided at a later date.
STOP 1: CRAYFISH WATERFALL AND NATIONAL PARK
It’s here, in the heart of the Guadeloupe National Park, that your visit begins. After a 5-minute walk, your driver-guide will accompany you to the magnificent Crayfish Waterfall. Your driver-guide will also introduce you to the flora and fauna of Guadeloupe. This waterfall, located in the national park, is a magnificent natural spectacle. You’ll have a few minutes to swim and enjoy the fresh, natural water in this dream setting. Don’t forget your camera.
STOP 2: GUADELOUPE ZOO IN THE MAMELLES PARK
We’re continuing our trip to Guadeloupe Zoo in the Parc des Mamelles. This 4-hectare park is dedicated to the conservation of exceptional or endangered animal species in Guadeloupe. During your visit, you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the species present in the park. Walks through the zoo follow signposted paths. A short trip through the canopy on a 30-metre suspension bridge will give you the chance to discover the local flora and observe the animals present in the Parc des Mamelles in Guadeloupe. The whole family can go for a walk and discover the animals in the park.
Please note: the cost of this visit is €17.50 for adults and €12 for children (aged 3 to 12), and is at your own expense.
STOP 3: MARINE RESERVE, SWIMMING AND SNORKELLING AT MALENDURE BEACH
You can then relax with an hour and a half’s swim on the volcanic sandy beach of Malendure. Bouillante beach is renowned for its magnificent seabed. It is the gateway to the famous Cousteau reserve, a marine protected area renowned for its coral reefs and abundant marine life. The beach is also an excellent spot for snorkelling. The coral reefs are easily accessible just a short distance from the beach. There are restaurants and food trucks on the beach where you can sample local specialities.
END POINT >
After visiting this beach stop, it will be time to board our minibus for the return trip to the cruise terminal in Pointe-à-Pitre or to your hotel. Estimated return time is around 2.30pm.

The minimum age for participation is 4 years. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants must be able to get on and off the transport. This tour is not accessible to wheelchairs, electric scooters or walkers.
We recommend that you wear your swimming costume under comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes. Don’t forget to bring a beach towel if you plan to swim during this excursion.
The itinerary may be slightly modified depending on weather or traffic conditions.
The price is based on return transport from the cruise terminal to Pointe-à-Pitre or from a hotel in Pointe-à-Pitre and Le Gosier.
Guadeloupe Zoo: entry to the zoo costs €17.50 for adults and €12 for children (aged 3 to 12), at your own expense. Make sure you wear appropriate clothing when visiting the zoo, as you may be refused entry.
Snorkelling: snorkelling equipment (mask and snorkel) is not provided. If you don’t have any, you can hire them (approx. €5/person) from the diving clubs on the beach.
Food and drinks (lunch) are not included in the price.
Children: All passengers, including children, must have a reserved seat, in accordance with legal provisions, and the transport of children on the lap is not permitted. Please specify the child’s age when booking so that we can provide a suitable car seat if necessary.
This small-group excursion requires a minimum of 5 participants. If the number of participants is insufficient, we will offer a postponement or a full refund.
