Any cancellation by THE CLIENT must be notified to us by email or telephone, whatever the reason, the following amounts will be due as fixed penalties:
- If you cancel at least 7 full days before the scheduled departure or local start time, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 full days before the scheduled departure or local start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be applied,
unless cancellation is a result of (i) your ship’s inability to dock and/or disembark passengers; or (ii) the excursion, event or activity vendor’s inability to
operate your respective excursion, event or activity and written notice is received by us within twelve (12) days. - If you cancel within 2 full days of the scheduled departure or start time of the service, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be applied, unless
cancellation is a result of (i) your ship’s inability to dock and/or disembark passengers; or (ii) the excursion, event or activity vendor’s inability to operate
your respective excursion, event or activity and written notice is received by us within twelve (12) days.
Applicable refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the date we receive your cancellation request back to the original method of payment or by
bank transfer.
